March 6, 2010 - Saturday: On Saturday, March 6 the Rotary Club of the Deerfield Valley is sponsoring a trail lunch at $10 per person and a 50/50 poker run at $20 per poker hand, the profits from which will benefit the Rotary Club's charitable giving. Registration for the poker run will commence at 9am at the Matterhorn, Inn in West Dover and at 9am the Somerset airport site in the Green Mountain National Forest.

Lunch will be served from noon to 1:30 PM and poker hands will be drawn and prizes awarded at 2PM, all at the airport site. Participation in the lunch and in the poker run will be independent of each other. The winning poker hands are anticipated to be awarded discounts from local businesses in addition to shares in the 50/50 cash pool of prizes. Announcements pertaining to the event will be posted from time to time on the Rotary Club's website at:
